- We will confirm the date and time of your booking, gather all necessary details, and enter them into our smart system on the spot. You also have the option to make a tentative booking with no obligation or deposit required. You can cancel at no extra cost, provided you give us 24 hours’ notice.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We recommend reviewing it to ensure all details are accurate. If you have any questions or need to make changes, feel free to call us anytime.
- If no changes are needed, and we don’t hear from you, our system will automatically send you a reminder email one day before your move.
Before Moving Day
- In the lead-up to your move, we’ll send you a series of helpful emails to ensure you’re fully prepared for the big day. You’ll receive these updates seven days before, three days before, and finally, the day before your move.
